We are looking for a Medical Supplies Sourcing Specialist to manage the procurement and supply chain operations for medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare products. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing cost-effective procurement strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with medical supply vendors and manufacturers.
• Ensure all sourced products meet FDA, ISO 13485, and healthcare industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to secure cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain consistent quality and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance, addressing any quality or compliance issues.
• Oversee documentation, contracts, and procurement records to ensure transparency.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging medical supply innovations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in medical procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO 13485, and healthcare supply regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and procurement software.
